Cressi Gara 2000HF clapper
Gara 2000HF clapper
The world's first fin made by combining three different materials, a process that Cressi perfected and patented with this fin, which guarantees unsurpassed performance.
The blade is made of a special polypropylene, incredibly reactive, yet extremely light, and is progressively loaded during the stride to take off like a spring at the exact moment the stride is reversed.
A soft elastomer anatomically wraps the foot, locking it with a comfortable bite, guaranteeing perfect transmission of the leg-fin thrust.
A suitably solid copolymer stiffens some critical areas of the foot, and extends along the sides in two lateral stringers, which run to the middle of the blade.
The function of these stringers, assisted by special raised bands on the lower part of the blade, is to regulate and harmonize the bending, while protecting it from knocks and abrasions.
The fins are extraordinarily light compared to equivalent rubber-footed fin models and minimize inertial masses, maximizing the effort-efficiency ratio.
This fin is designed for deep diving, although it is highly appreciated by some Scuba professionals and instructors.
Available only in size 46/47.
