Not only designed for bait preparation or fish cleaning, these tables are FDA approved for food preparation or serving. Constructed from commercial-grade, UV-stabilized, compression-molded high-density polyethylene that is virtually indestructible, practical, and more hygienic than wooden fillet tables. These tables will not crack, peel, mold, absorb bacteria or fishy odors, allowing for virtually maintenance-free use. Equipped with (2) redesigned knife sheaths that fit larger fillet knives, convenient pliers receptacle, rounded edges/corners for added safety, and side channels with a slotted table back that allows for work surface drainage while keeping your deck free of scale and debris when prepping, cleaning or filleting.
