Shipping policy

Shipping Policies

Deliveries are made within a 72-hour period once the route has been confirmed and authorized.

Shipping costs range between $4.00 and $10.00 in areas within delivery routes. Areas outside of delivery routes will have an additional cost, which varies by zone. The additional cost must be communicated to the customer for their prior authorization before confirming the shipping route.

The delivery schedule is as follows:

  • Purchases made from Friday to Sunday will be delivered on Monday after noon.

  • Purchases made on Monday and Tuesday will be delivered on Wednesday after noon.

  • Purchases made on Wednesday and Thursday will be delivered on Friday after noon.

The customer (owner of the package to be delivered) must confirm the exact delivery address and contact telephone number in advance.

If the delivery is received by a receptionist in an office or a third party other than the customer, the customer must provide authorization, full name, and contact number of the authorized person to receive the package.

For any shipment that is attempted but cannot be delivered for any reason beyond our shipping company's control, the customer must pay a fee of between $4.00 and $10.00 at the time of delivery.

If the authorized recipient is not present at the delivery point, the delivery driver will contact the customer by phone with a maximum wait time of 15 minutes at the location. After this time, the driver will leave and deliver the package to our offices, where a new delivery date will be coordinated with the customer, incurring an additional cost of between $4.00 and $10.00.

Packages that remain in our offices for more than one week will be returned to the pickup location with a $5.00 charge to the customer.

If the package to be delivered has a significant value (electronic devices, cash, jewelry, etc.), the delivery driver may request a copy of the recipient's ID and/or a purchase receipt at the time of delivery.

Upon receiving the package, the customer (or authorized third party) acknowledges that the package was delivered correctly. To do so, the driver will request the recipient's full name and signature on our delivery records.

Our shipping company's drivers are not authorized to open any packages. If, at the time of delivery, the customer notices that their package has been opened, is damaged, or in poor condition, they should refuse the delivery and contact the offices of the shipping company.

The shipping company reserves the right to refuse packages with suspicious, illegal, or hazardous contents.

The shipping company's drivers will always make deliveries while properly uniformed, with the company logo visible and identification cards.

In the event of theft or loss of a package by the shipping company, the customer should contact the company's offices for reimbursement.
